This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Stingycoin's website published at stingycoin.com (and any other websites with "Stingycoin" branding that link to this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, beta.stingycoin.com) and any mobile-device applications we offer, such our iOS and Android applications, that are branded "Stingycoin" and link or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy replaces and supersedes the last version of this Privacy Policy for all users (including for those users that registered prior to the Effective Date). Types of Personal Information We Collect

Stingycoin will collect the personal information you provide when you register, take a survey, sign up for notifications, register for a sweepstakes or giveaway, email us or otherwise send us your information. Each time you use the Services, Stingycoin also collects other, non-personal information from you, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous web site you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your IP Address. Your Choices

You can limit the communications that Stingycoin sends to you. You can manage your email preferences through the Manage Account interface and disable all email notifications. You can also manage your subscriptions to keywords by following the subscription management instructions contained in the messages that we send you.

You can also completely delete your account and personal information if you no longer wish to use our Services.

Third Party Advertising

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. You may be able to access third-party web sites, mobile sites and/or apps directly from links on our Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access such properties. Stingycoin cannot control how third parties may use your information so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party properties you visit before using it or disclosing your any information to its provider.

California Do No Track Notice

Stingycoin does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from Apple’s websites unless you provide it to them directly.

Stingycoin follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information that you provide. For example, we regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we use a secured-access data center. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure, however. For this reason, there is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. Children’s Privacy

Stingycoin does not intend that any portion of the Services will be accessed or used by children under the age of eighteen, and such use is prohibited. The Services are designed and intended for adults. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and understand that you must be at least eighteen years old in order to create an account and purchase the goods or services advertised through the Services. We will promptly delete information associated with any account for which we obtain actual knowledge that the registered user associated with the account is not at least eighteen years old.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, users who are California residents may request and receive once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we disclosed personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the categories of personal information disclosed to those third parties.
